Members gain insight into effective hiring strategies\, local workforce trends\, and valuable incentives that support second chance employment. \nThrough this collaborative network\, you’ll learn how to access untapped talent\, improve retention\, and utilize programs such as Federal Bonding\, the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)\, Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA)\, On-the-Job Training (OJT)\, and Incumbent Worker Training. \nJoin us to be part of a solution that benefits businesses\, individuals\, and the entire community.
