In recognition of National Second Chance Month, the Capital Area Prisoner ReEntry Initiative (CAPRI) proudly presents our 3rd Annual Second Chance Job Expo, a large-scale fair chance hiring and recruitment event designed to connect justice-impacted job seekers with employers who believe in opportunity, talent, and second chances.

This annual Job Expo brings together employers, hiring managers, staffing agencies, workforce partners, and wrap around services from a wide range of industries actively seeking to fill positions, including:
