SB 156 KLEINPETER CRIME/PUNISHMENT Increases the maximum
period of imprisonment for negligent homicide.
SB 181 FOIL CHARITABLE GAMING Provides an exemption
for nonprofit healthcare organizations to hold and
operate a license for conducting certain raffles.
SB 207 MIGUEZ CRIMINAL PROCEDURE Provides 10-year time
limitation on prosecution of certain crimes committed
by elected officials and public employees.
SB 396 CLOUD JUVENILE JUSTICE Provides that children in
custody of the office of juvenile justice may attend
review hearings via secure video conference.
SB 410 MORRIS, JAY CRIME/PUNISHMENT Provides enhanced
penalties for accessories after the fact to sex offenses.

matter within the committee’s scope of authority, and the committee records shall reflect receipt of
such statement and the date and time thereof.
